Currently CDO at RoadRunner Sports, Fin is a veteran consumer packaged goods executive, Finlay brings expertise amassed over 25 years operating as a senior marketing and digital commerce strategist working with some of the world’s best-known consumer brands.

Starting his career on the agency side, Finlay supported clients in the CPG, leisure and travel sectors with top tier marketing firms in London, before being recruited over to the client side where he spent 17 years in marketing and e-commerce with world-class consumer products and retail companies.  Starting with legendary toymaker LEGO in 1999, he launched and operated e-commerce, club and loyalty programs in 23 markets in Europe and Asia, ultimately moving into a leadership role in the LEGO Direct-to-Consumer business, which he helped to scale rapidly, creating a significant new revenue stream for the company.  His success with these initiatives led him to LEGO’s US business where he headed the Consumer Marketing team with responsibility for shaping branding, store marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM and loyalty throughout the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. Following his tenure with LEGO, he spent seven years in senior executive roles at Disney, Fender, and Guitar Center building high-performance teams, leveraging technology to increase brand relevance with rapidly evolving consumers, and scaling businesses both domestically and overseas.

Billy Goldberg is a business advisor to middle-market companies in a cross section of industries ranging from entertainment, law, health and wellness, life sciences, manufacturing, consumer goods and hospitality. He is certified as both a business and executive leadership coach, focused on behind-the-scenes support to C-Suite leadership. Private Equity firms and key stakeholders engage him to unlock complex team dynamics and maximize efficiencies to enable organizations to grow both their top and bottom lines.
Billy is a hands-on advisor, bringing imagination, drive, and a heart-centered approach to every aspect of his work. Much of The Buckeye Group’s success comes from helping uncover where (and how) small changes can make a big impact, putting people front and center of the work. With strengths as both strategist and tactician, sounding board and bat phone, Billy’s knowledge in a variety of industries and business models makes his perspective continually relevant.
Prior to The Buckeye Group, Billy spent his career honing skills that support a company’s desire to create new revenue streams through meaningful strategic partnerships. 

With over 18 years in the entertainment industry, Fulvio is an award-winning storyteller and visualization leader who bridges the worlds of live action filmmaking and real-time technology. His journey began at UCLA’s film school and led to collaborations with visionary creators like Roland Emmerich, John Woo, Tim Miller, and Gullermo del Roro contributing to blockbusters including Deadpool 2, Terminator: Dark Fate, and Those About To Die, as well as cinematics for acclaimed AAA game franchises such as Last Sentinel, Halo, League of Legends, Assassin’s Creed, and Elder Scrolls.  As a director and visualization expert, Fulvio has mastered end-to-end production practices, helming numerous live-action projects and visualizing commercials for Mazda, Disney, and Under Armor, as well as directing the feature film “Beyond the Sky” for Amazon.
